About the Role

Designing Curriculum is the culmination point of philosophy, technology, delivery among others. This role is central to our aim of advancing educational practices and ensuring our curriculum embodies the inside-out approach of combining reflection with cutting-edge of pedagogical development.

The candidate will be instrumental in designing curricula that prepare future teachers to thrive in diverse educational settings and nurture children for post-AI era.

Roles & Responsibilities

Curriculum Innovation and Design:

  • Lead the development of innovative curriculum frameworks that set a benchmark for excellence in teacher education.

  • Integrate interdisciplinary approaches and technology-enhanced learning into the curriculum.

  • Stay abreast of the latest educational trends and research to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and transformative.


Teaching and Mentoring:

  • Teach courses related to curriculum theory, design, and evaluation.

  • Mentor faculty members in the adoption of new curricular innovations and teaching methodologies.

  • Guide graduate students in curriculum development projects and dissertations.


Educational Research:

  • Conduct empirical research on effective curriculum practices and their impact on learning outcomes.

  • Collaborate with academic peers to publish research findings in top educational journals.

  • Present research at national and international conferences to promote dialogue and disseminate knowledge on curriculum development.

Education & Experience

Min: Any Graduation + Min. 1yr of relevant work experience OR Any Graduation + Post-Graduation
Preferred: Above + B.Ed/M.Ed/MA (Education)
