About the Role

80% of our teacher pupil are women, who come from economically challenged households. They are dealing with patriarchy, lack of choices, religious polarisation, social media pressure to name a few.

Our curriculum is designed to provide in-house counselling to each teacher pupil focusing on their emotional health. This will also eventually pave the path for career counselling. However, the priority will be emotional health.

Roles & Responsibilities

Emotional Health Support:

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students to address emotional challenges.

  • Create a safe and supportive environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves.

  • Develop personalized strategies and coping mechanisms to help students manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional issues effectively.


Career Counseling:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, interests, and career goals.

  • Guide students in exploring various career options and pathways.

  • Assist students in developing action plans and setting achievable goals to pursue their chosen career paths.


Community Engagement:

  • Collaborate with other staff members to create holistic support systems for students.

  • Organize workshops and seminars on topics related to mental health, self-care, and career development.

  • Establish partnerships with local organizations and resources to provide additional support and opportunities for students.

Education & Experience

Min: Graduate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field + Min. 1yr of relevant work experience
Preferred: Clinical Psychology
