How to reach?
From Delhi
By Bus
Reach Shiv Vihar Metro Station (on Pink line). As you get down from the metro station within 100 meters you will find bus stand for buses to Baraut. The ticket usually costs around Rs. 50, the institute is located on the main highway and you get down in-front of the college.
By Train
You can board the local train from Delhi to Saharanpur/Shamli which goes via Baraut. The train can be boarded at Old Delhi or Shahadra railway station. The ticket costs around Rs 15. (This is local train, so expect it to be super-crowded, choose bus if you are unfamiliar with local trains)
